**3 **Winsale identifys that this customer is an employee of Road Runner Ind. He has been setup with a $120 subsidy with an automatic 20% off of the resale price

**4 **He wants to buy the same boot that he purchased last time he was in the store. Let's look up his history.

**5 **We pulled the item from history that he previously purchased.

**6 **The item shows up green because he is getting 20% discount because he works for Road Runner Ind.
