WinSale now has the ability to distribute inventory from a central warehouse using the already existing Red Line inventory method. This is done by using an auto-transfer system from the warehouse entity (Store number 0) using the pre-established Red Line mechanism for each of the child stores. It works exactly like the Red Line Purchase Order system but instead of each store ordering from the vendor, it is instead controlled by the warehouse as an automatic transfer to each of the stores. This can be further defined by the new Season property of the inventory system. Thus in addition to using the predefined red-lines as the model stock, the warehouse can further control the transferring using a qualifying season property. A simple example of this is transferring winter wear to the stores by using the qualifier of the Season “WINTER” with a single click.
