What's included with the WinSale Basic Cloud plan?

Everything you need to run a typical shoe or safetywear store on day one:

  1. Full WinSale feature set — accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, inventory management, multi-tier industrial subsidies, and more
  2. Dedicated server with 24/7 cloud access
  3. Three-user access to the server (e.g. front register, back office, mobile shoe truck). Additional users available on request.
  4. State-of-the-art ransomware and antivirus protection with disaster recovery included
  5. Daily backups with the ability to restore up to 365 days in the past — exceeding the industry-standard 3-2-1 backup strategy
  6. Credit card integration with signature capture for the digital voucher system
  7. Unlimited US-based support and training

eCommerce integration is not included with the Basic plan — that's part of WinSale Pro.

What does WinSale Pro add?

Pro unlocks everything in Basic, plus:

I currently use another POS system. Can you help me migrate my data to WinSale?

In most cases, yes — there's a high chance we can import your customer history, current inventory, and sometimes even transaction history into WinSale. We've migrated stores off RetailEdge, RICS, Prism POS, generic Square setups, and legacy DOS systems. To learn more about migrating from your current POS to WinSale, reach out to our support team.

Is there a contract?

Initial term is 3 years, then continues month-to-month after that. We're confident enough in our software and support that we're happy to commit long-term — and so are our customers. Most of our customer base has been with us 20+ years.

Do I have to use a specific credit card processor?

No. You can use whichever processor you want, and we don't penalize you for it. WinSale only directly integrates with a few specific processors, so if you choose to go with someone else you'll be running cards through a separate terminal rather than directly through WinSale. Most customers find one of our integrated options easier, but you're free to choose.

Are there any per-transaction fees?

None. WinSale is a flat monthly subscription. Run as many transactions as you want — no per-sale fees, no platform fees, no surprise charges when sales pick up. A store doing $1.5M/year saves $30,000+ annually versus Square or Shopify POS just on transaction fees.
