You'll talk with someone who actually knows the software — usually Scott or one of our team. We ask about your store, current system, and pain points before showing anything. If WinSale isn't a fit, we'll tell you straight.

A walkthrough of YOUR scenarios

We don't run a canned demo. Tell us your size/width matrix challenge, your industrial customer billing setup, your shoe truck workflow — and we'll show you exactly how WinSale handles it on real data, not pretty marketing slides.

Straight answers on pricing and migration

$399 Basic, $849 Pro — that's it. We'll discuss data migration from your current POS (RetailEdge, RICS, Prism, Square, DOS systems), what hardware you'll need, and a realistic timeline to go live. Most stores run within a week.

No follow-up phone tag

If you're interested, we move forward. If you need to think it over, we'll send a recap and stay out of your inbox. We don't do drip campaigns or "just checking in" emails. Most of our customers have been with us 20+ years — that doesn't happen with high-pressure sales.
