The Employee Performance report has multiple jobs. It is used to process payroll using the employee’s time clock entries and also the sales that the employee made directly vs the sales that were made while the employee was physically in the store while being clocked in.
This way if the store pays commissions as a team effort the sales in duration is a quick way to obtain that crucial number. Also, it reports the employee’s sales that were rung up under their number, as well as all of the hours they worked.
Another advantage of this report is that it calculates each salesperson’s sales per hour. This is of course a great marker for analyzing the employee’s tenacity at making sales.

ℹ️ Time Clock
The time clock is used for clocking in and clock out. It also has a break time period where the employee can take a break using the time clock. The period of time that the employee is taking a break is visible on this report but is NOT included in actual hours or sales in duration.
